Life on the Road with MigWay
Our OTR drivers run in a controlled network — not all 48 states, but strategic lanes that optimize miles, home time, and maintenance access. That means less waiting, fewer empty miles, and no dispatch surprises. Every truck is GPS-tracked, every load is live-tracked, and every driver has 24/7 support when they need it.
We don’t outsource dispatch. Every load, every call, every issue goes through our Charlotte headquarters. When drivers say they appreciate how we operate, this is what they mean: you’re never left guessing where your next load is coming from or who to call when something changes.
Equipment You Can Count On
MigWay’s fleet includes Freightliner Cascadias, Volvo VNL 860s, Mack, and Western Star tractors — all less than four years old and inspected daily by certified technicians. Our trailers are clean, dry, and regularly cycled to keep downtime low. Drivers can focus on driving, not waiting for repairs or chasing shop availability.
