Compensation Details
MigWay pays for every mile — loaded and empty. Our performance ladder rewards drivers who stay consistent and safe, giving top performers the opportunity to earn up to 65 CPM. On average, Virginia drivers earn between $1,600 and $2,200 weekly, depending on miles and efficiency.

Job Requirements
We’re looking for professionals who know the road and want to work with a carrier that values skill and discipline. To qualify for a Virginia OTR trucking position, you must have:
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 2 years of recent OTR experience
- Clean driving record
- Residence in one of our hiring states: NC, SC, VA, KY, WV, IN, OH, PA, MD, DE, NY, IL, or TN
