Compensation Details:

  • Base pay: 55 CPM on all miles (empty and loaded)
  • Performance bonus: +10 CPM (up to 65 CPM total)
  • Typical weekly average: $1,500–$2,000 (varies by miles and performance)
  • At ~3,000 miles/week, annualized earnings can reach the low-to-mid $90Ks before additional incentives

We pay for your time: extra stops, detention, and layover (see details below).

Job Requirements:

  • Valid CDL-A
  • 2 years recent OTR experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Residence in one of these states: NC, SC, VA, KY, WV, IN, OH, PA, MD, DE, NY, IL, GA, or TN

Additional Pay & Incentives:

  • $3,000 sign-on bonus (limited-time)
  • $1,000 referral bonus
  • Safety and inspection bonuses

Stop Pay Structure:

  • $25 per additional stop after first pickup and delivery
  • Detention pay after 2 hours
  • Layover pay for delays outside your control
