We are hiring a Master Trailer Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina to support our 53’ dry van and flatbed fleet. This is a full-time, day-shift position at our headquarters in Pineville, just minutes from I-485 and I-77.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Master Trailer Technician, you will:
- Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections on 53’ dry van and flatbed trailers
- Diagnose and repair air systems, lighting, and electrical components
- Replace suspension components, tires, wheels, and brake systems
- Maintain accurate documentation in our maintenance system
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient
- Collaborate with shop leadership to maintain high fleet uptime
This is hands-on work in a well-equipped, organized shop environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring experience. Not guesswork.
- 2+ years of hands-on diesel or trailer repair experience
- Strong understanding of air systems, electrical systems, and suspension components
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and shop software
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a shop setting
- Safety-first mindset and attention to detail
If you’ve led other techs or trained junior mechanics, that’s a plus.
