Hiring Diesel Mechanic in Pineville, NC

We’re expanding our state-of-the-art Diesel Repair Shop in Pineville, NC and hiring an experienced Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet road-ready.

Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, AC units, turbos, water pumps, and related components.
• Perform scheduled PMs to keep equipment at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues independently and efficiently.
• Service a fleet of 269 semi-trucks and 350 semi-trailers.
• Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience working on semi-trucks.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a high-performing team.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and reliability.
